By using Street Parking Hacks, you agree to these terms. The map is a community reference, not a substitute for posted signs or official city information.
Informational only; posted signs govern
This site summarizes public parking rules and city GIS data for convenience. It is not legal advice and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Posted signage, curb markings, temporary notices, and current official city information always control. You are responsible for deciding where and when to park. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and its operators are not liable for citations, towing, missed restrictions, or damages arising from use of the site.
Independent project
Street Parking Hacks is an independent, community-run project. It is not endorsed by, operated by, or affiliated with the City of Fullerton or any other city. Public agency names and records identify sources only. Any error introduced while collecting, converting, matching, or displaying public data is the responsibility of this project, not the source agency.
Data sources and licenses
Most street geometry comes from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License. A reviewed set of physical-road gaps uses City of Fullerton GIS or the OC Public Works Street Centerlines dataset, which is published under CC0 1.0. The combined published street layer is offered under the ODbL where that license applies. Parking classifications come from public records and official maps; County geometry alone never grants parking permission. Map tiles are © OpenFreeMap and © OpenMapTiles. City GIS services are publicly readable, but we did not locate an express reuse license. Public access is not treated as permission beyond applicable law: the City is identified as the source, and this page does not claim an additional license for City records.
Community submissions
By submitting a photo, availability report, correction, or comment, you confirm that you may share it and that it does not knowingly include identifiable people, license plates, unlawful material, or misleading information. For as long as the submission is retained under the Privacy Policy, you grant this project a non-exclusive license to review, store, edit it for privacy, and use it to improve parking information. After review, we may display submitted text or an aggregate count as community context, but we do not display the uploaded image without separate permission. Photo EXIF and GPS metadata are removed during upload. A submission may be rejected, corrected, hidden, or removed at any time and does not itself change the legal parking verdict. A maintainer may investigate a report and separately correct mapped data.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false reports, automate abusive request volumes, bypass limits, probe security, interfere with the service, or attempt to corrupt community data. Do not use the site in a way that violates law or another person’s rights. Access may be limited or blocked when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its data.
Eligibility and age
This site is a general-audience service and is not directed to children. Do not use the site or send a submission if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13, and we delete a submission once we learn it came from one.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the page or block, a description of the work, and how to reach you. We remove or disable material that a review finds infringing, and we remove submissions from a repeat infringer. Submissions are user content, so do not send material you do not have the right to share.
Accessibility
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. An interactive map may not yet meet every criterion. If a page or feature blocks you, email [email protected] with the page and what failed, and we will provide the parking information another way.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise that the information is complete, current, or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any citation, fine, towing, vehicle damage, lost time, or other loss that follows from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Posted signs and curb markings govern, so check them before you park. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, and in that case parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute will be brought in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California. If one provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and not enforcing a provision immediately does not waive it. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the site.
Changes and contact
Last updated: August 28, 2026. These terms may change as coverage, features, and data sources change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For a correction tied to a specific block, use Report on that block. For other questions, email [email protected].

이 사이트는 편의를 위해 공개 주차 규칙과 시 GIS 데이터를 정리해요. 법률 자문이 아니며, 정보가 누락되거나 오래되었거나 잘못될 수 있어요. 현장 표지판, 연석 표시, 임시 안내, 현재 시 공식 정보가 항상 우선해요. 어디에 언제 주차할지는 이용자가 직접 판단해야 해요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스는 어떠한 보증도 없이 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 운영자는 사이트 이용으로 발생한 과태료, 견인, 제한 누락 또는 손해에 책임을 지지 않아요.
독립 프로젝트예요
Street Parking Hacks는 독립적인 커뮤니티 프로젝트예요. 풀러턴시나 다른 도시가 승인하거나 운영하는 서비스가 아니며, 해당 기관과 제휴 관계도 없어요. 공공기관 이름과 자료는 출처를 밝히기 위해서만 사용해요. 공개 데이터를 수집하고 변환하고 연결하고 표시하는 과정에서 생긴 오류는 원자료 기관이 아니라 이 프로젝트의 책임이에요.
데이터 출처와 라이선스
대부분의 도로 형태는 OpenStreetMap과 기여자 자료를 사용하며, Open Database License를 따라요. 검토 과정에서 확인한 일부 도로 누락 구간은 풀러턴시 GIS나 CC0 1.0으로 공개된 OC Public Works Street Centerlines 자료를 사용해요. 결합된 도로 레이어에는 ODbL이 적용되는 범위에서 같은 라이선스를 적용해요. 주차 분류는 공개 기록과 공식 지도에서 가져오며, 카운티 도로 형태만으로 주차 허용 여부를 판단하지 않아요. 지도 타일은 OpenFreeMap과 OpenMapTiles의 저작권 고지를 따라요. 시 GIS 서비스는 공개적으로 읽을 수 있지만 명시적인 재사용 라이선스는 확인하지 못했어요. 공개 접근을 곧 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위 이상의 재사용 허가로 보지 않고 시를 출처로 표시하며, 이 페이지도 시 자료에 별도 라이선스가 있다고 주장하지 않아요.
커뮤니티 제보
사진, 주차 자리 보고, 수정 요청, 댓글을 보내면 해당 내용을 공유할 권한이 있고, 식별 가능한 사람이나 차량 번호판, 불법 자료, 오해를 유도하는 정보가 의도적으로 포함되지 않았음을 확인하는 것으로 봐요. 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 제보를 보관하는 동안, 이용자는 이 프로젝트가 주차 정보를 개선하기 위해 제보를 검토하고, 저장하고, 개인정보 보호를 위해 편집하고, 사용할 수 있는 비독점적 권한을 허용해요. 검토 후에는 제보 문구나 합계 수치를 커뮤니티 정보로 표시할 수 있지만, 별도 허락 없이 업로드한 사진 자체를 공개하지 않아요. 사진의 EXIF와 GPS 메타데이터는 업로드 과정에서 제거해요. 제보는 언제든 거절, 수정, 숨김, 삭제될 수 있으며, 제보 자체가 법적 주차 판정을 바꾸지는 않아요. 운영자는 신고 내용을 조사한 뒤 지도 데이터를 별도로 수정할 수 있어요.
허용되는 이용 범위
허위 정보를 제보하거나, 자동화된 과도한 요청을 보내거나, 사용 제한을 우회하거나, 보안을 시험하거나, 서비스를 방해하거나, 커뮤니티 데이터를 훼손하려고 하면 안 돼요. 법률이나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 사이트를 사용해서도 안 돼요. 서비스와 이용자, 데이터를 보호하기 위해 필요하면 접근을 제한하거나 차단할 수 있어요.
이용 자격과 나이
이 사이트는 일반 이용자를 위한 서비스이고 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않아요. 만 13세 미만이면 사이트를 이용하거나 제보를 보내지 마세요. 만 13세 미만 어린이의 개인정보는 알면서 수집하지 않고, 어린이가 보낸 제보라는 사실을 확인하면 삭제해요.

이 약관에는 미국 캘리포니아주 법을 적용하고, 국제사법 원칙은 적용하지 않아요. 분쟁이 생기면 캘리포니아주 오렌지 카운티에 있는 주 법원이나 연방 법원에서 다뤄요. 일부 조항을 집행할 수 없다고 판단되더라도 나머지 조항은 그대로 효력을 유지하고, 어떤 조항을 곧바로 집행하지 않았다고 해서 그 조항을 포기한 것으로 보지 않아요. 제보한 내용과 사이트를 이용하는 방식에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있어요.
약관 변경과 연락처

Este sitio resume reglas públicas de estacionamiento y datos GIS municipales para facilitar su consulta. No es asesoría legal y la información puede estar incompleta, desactualizada o equivocada. Los letreros, las marcas del bordillo, los avisos temporales y la información oficial vigente siempre prevalecen. Tú decides dónde y cuándo estacionar. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el servicio se ofrece “tal cual”, sin garantías, y sus operadores no responden por multas, remolques, restricciones omitidas ni daños derivados del uso del sitio.
Proyecto independiente
Street Parking Hacks es un proyecto comunitario independiente. No está aprobado, operado ni afiliado con la Ciudad de Fullerton ni con otra ciudad. Los nombres de agencias y los registros públicos se usan únicamente para identificar las fuentes. Cualquier error introducido al recopilar, convertir, relacionar o mostrar datos públicos corresponde a este proyecto y no a la agencia que publicó la fuente.
Fuentes de datos y licencias

Contribuciones de la comunidad
Al enviar una foto, un reporte de disponibilidad, una corrección o un comentario confirmas que puedes compartirlo y que no incluye de forma intencional personas identificables, matrículas, material ilícito ni información engañosa. Mientras conservemos el envío conforme a la Política de privacidad, concedes al proyecto una licencia no exclusiva para revisarlo, guardarlo, editarlo por privacidad y usarlo para mejorar la información de estacionamiento. Después de la revisión podemos mostrar texto enviado o un conteo agregado como contexto comunitario, pero no mostramos la imagen subida sin un permiso separado. Eliminamos los metadatos EXIF y GPS durante la carga. Un envío puede rechazarse, corregirse, ocultarse o eliminarse en cualquier momento y no cambia por sí solo el veredicto legal de estacionamiento. Un encargado puede investigar el reporte y corregir los datos del mapa por separado.
Uso aceptable
No envíes reportes falsos, no automatices volúmenes abusivos de solicitudes, no eludas límites, no pruebes la seguridad, no interfieras con el servicio ni intentes dañar los datos comunitarios. Tampoco uses el sitio de una manera que infrinja la ley o los derechos de otra persona. Podemos limitar o bloquear el acceso cuando sea razonablemente necesario para proteger el servicio, a sus usuarios o sus datos.
Elegibilidad y edad
Este sitio es un servicio para el público general y no está dirigido a menores. No uses el sitio ni envíes una contribución si tienes menos de 13 años. No recopilamos a sabiendas información personal de un menor de 13 años y eliminamos una contribución en cuanto sabemos que proviene de uno.
Reclamos de derechos de autor
